5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the digital assets shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of jurisdiction located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
